This is an interesting task for me: the Elia Group (50Hertz & Elia) is at the top of the energy transition. Both our strong corporate growth and internal digital transformation are a challenge and require a clear communication of topics and content to internal and external stakeholders through appropriate tools. In this context, I will play an important role as a specialist within an interdisciplinary product team and across other internal stakeholders within the company and will accompany an important transformation process with regard to our communication tools. My tasks: definition of functional and technical requirements for software solutions with a focus on internal / external enterprise communication, independent confi­cation of applications to meet customer requirements; coordinating the implementation of customer requirements in existing solutions/applications, Self-initiation of and participation in further developments and improvements of the software supervised by the product team, ensuring the operation and maintenance of the applications together with the product team, Competent consultation of internal and external users with different knowledge levels for best practices, Product Owner support for licensing, definition of SLAs and supplier management – if necessary also for IT cost estimates.
