Product Manager AFC Case Management (m/f/d)

In the Anti-Financial-Crime area, we are responsible for the case management system in which our AFC operations process Alerts from transaction monitoring, penalty/PEP screening and other sources daily. As a product manager AFC Case Management, you develop this system professionally and technically, shape the case processing workflows and work closely with our IT development teams, AFC operations, compliance and external software partners. You move at the interface of regulatorics, data and product - with short decision paths and directly visible effects.

You are responsible for the technical and technical development of our case management system, in which AFC operations process Alerts from transaction monitoring, penalty/PEP screening and other sources You shape the case-handling workflows - from the Alert allocation to escalation levels and reimaginals to completion and suspicion - together with AFC operations and compliance You create (special) concepts and user stories for new case management features and support their implementation closely with the IT development team and external software partners You make sure that the case documentation, deadlines and release processes (including four-eye principle) meet the regulatory requirements (GwG, AuA, BaFin specifications) and are audit-proof You analyze data requirements and interfaces to upstream and downstream systems (transaction monitoring, screening tools, reporting platform, customer master files) and manage their integration into the overall architecture

You have a successfully completed study with economic or IT-technical orientation (e.g. business informatics, economic engineering, BWL) or a comparable qualification You bring professional experience in (technical) product management or as a product owner, ideally related to AML/AFC processes, case processing systems or comparable compliance tools You ideally have a basic understanding of regulatory requirements for case processing and suspicion reporting You have a pronounced affinity for data, processes and complex business logics, as well as an analytical thinking capability and a structured, solution-oriented way of working You have experience in working with IT development teams and writing User Stories as well as in testing and convince by excellent communication skills, a hands-on mentality and excellent knowledge of German and good English
