Sales & Event Coordinator in the Field (m/w/d)

For the organisation of events and the further development of our customer-funded partnerships, we are looking for a sales and event coordinator in the field of external services (m/w/d) for the Karlsruhe area at the next possible time

The main tasks of our sales and event team are divided into 2 main priorities:

Care and organisation of trade fairs, events and advertising materials: Organization of trade fairs & events on site (goods presentation, customer support in cooperation with our sales team) Administration and shipping of advertising material and trade fair equipment Providing event equipment by order Maintenance and maintenance of fair materials The implementation of our concepts and projects at the PoS Support of the existing customer base Organisation of marketing activities Implementation of customer and promoter training Implementation of our sales promotion measures Capturing market situations and documentation, competition monitoring Administrative support of the sales manager in the daily business Construction/Support SanLucar Ananas Machines: Creating and installing pineapple machines incl. Placement islands Instruction of market personnel Conducting training events Technical support (failure search and troubleshooting on site/telephone), performing small repairs and maintenance work

Complete training in trade fair construction, event management, etc. First professional experience in the field Technical understanding Safe handling of common office programs (Excel and PowerPoint) You are able to put our products in scene and present them safely in the customer environment Ideally, your location is Großraum Karlsruhe or: You have always wanted to move to this region good English skills High readiness to travel with willingness to stay, as well as a “Pack us’s!” – mentality completes your profile.
