Accounting Specialist Italy (m/w/d)

To support our growth in Italy, we are looking for an experienced accounting specialist (m/w/d) for our Italian subsidiary. Your office is Oberostendorf.

They take over the financial accounting for the Italian accounting group. They support the Italian company in business incidents in the vicinity of the sales partners. They ensure the tax settlement of commission bills for our Italian sales partners. You check, configure and book input invoices in our system. They monitor open positions, prepare payment runs and carry them through. You create tax reports such as Intrastat, F24, Modelo 770 and CU notifications. They are active in creating monthly and annual accounts and are the first respondent to our German-speaking tax advisor in Italy.

They have a completed commercial training (e.g. tax specialist:r, industrial businessman/wife) or an economic study with a focus on accounting/finance. They bring several years of experience in financial accounting, ideally in an internationally active or medium-sized company. You have experience in dealing with SAP, preferably with S/4HANA. They are ready to enter the Italian accounting system. They are occasionally ready to visit our subsidiary in South Tyrol. They work structured, solution-oriented and enjoy the optimization of processes. They are able to communicate safely and safely – even in an international context – and bring very good knowledge of German and Italian.
