Our client is a growing medium-sized production company in the field of nutritional supplements. As a private label manufacturer with international customer portfolio, the company offers a wide range of products. The Zeven area has around 250 employees, many of them in the commercial sector, and is part of a pan-European group of companies. The company combines the design spaces of the middle class with the stability of a strong group in the background.

For further professionalization of structures and processes, we are looking for a specialist in occupational safety & fire protection (m/w/d) in full time at the next time. The position is directly linked to the factory management as a staff member and offers space for active design, structural design and responsibility.You want to actively shape and take responsibility in a dynamic production environment? Care and further development of occupational health and safety in accordance with § 6 ASiG and DGUV Creation and maintenance of risk assessments, safety concepts and instruction Active monitoring of audits (including ISO 45001, IFS, Bio, V-label), customer inspections and certifications Cooperation with authorities, BG, trade supervision and internal departments Advising executives and employees Ensuring communication with the corporate mother (regular reporting, accident documentation, etc.)

Recognized training for safety at work (e.g. according to DGUV / Sifa) experience in the production environment; ideally in food, pharmaceutical, chemistry or adjacent industries Organizational strength, pragmatism and the ability to act structured even in unclear situations Very good German and good English (for cooperation with international colleagues) Joy of intercultural exchange and communication at eye level - also with professional employees Willingness to accompany operational processes and contribute to building work Room Zeven: Car required (not PNV-connected)
