The city of the future develops as an ecotrophologe (m/w/d) for the community transfer to Leonberger Kindertageeinrichtungen und Schulen in parttime (75 %) at the next possible time for our office for youth, family and school.

• Organisation and control of the Community's activities in Leonberger Kindertageseinrichen und Schulen
• Contact person (m/w/d) for school and KiTa management in matters of institution-specific community placement
• close coordination with Caterers, Parents, Kitas and Schools with regard to conflict counselling and negotiation on questions of food design
• Development of tender documents, creation of all lists of services for the award procedures “Departure of the operation of urban schoolmen or kita kitchens” or “feed delivery” for kitas and schools including snacks
• Accompanying the tendering and evaluation of the input bids, organisation and, where appropriate, the implementation of samples, testing and evaluation of tenders, preparation of templates for the municipal council for the award of service
• Implementation of free hand awards
• Accompanying the commissioning after the award of all newly built or reconstructed schoolmen and kita kitchens
• Contact for contractors and support for catering companies and support for problems
• regular review of compliance with contract contents by catering or service enterprises by means of a scrutiny-like insight into the food plans, concessions and discussions with the respective institution (controlling)
• Complaint management
• Conception of newly planned community service in kitas and schools
• Conception and reorganization of existing communal catering in kitas and schools
• Development of the facility-specific catering concepts by creating framework conditions for an age-appropriate, health-preventive diet based on the recommendations of the German Society for Nutrition
• service relations with the Networking Centre Kita- und Schulverpflegung Baden-Württemberg, to the health offices Böblingen and Stuttgart, to the German Society for Nutrition, section Baden-Württemberg (Information exchange, training events)

What should you bring?

• a degree in Bachelor of Science – Ecotrophology or in nutritional sciences or a comparable qualification
• Specialized knowledge and expertise in:

• Tendering rules (VOL/A) for the award of supply and services (national and pan-European) such as tendering, threshold values, types of procedures, deadlines in procurement, etc.
• extensive knowledge of the nutrition of children, children and young people
