Total Responsibility: Conducting sophisticated planning and construction projects in the TGA area with focus on heating, ventilation and control technology across all phases of the project and performance Project management: implementation of missions, coordination of specialist planners:inside, creation of performance directories and tenders and coordination of construction services including acceptance and warranty tracking Financial Management: Control of all project-related costs including the services of external service providers:inside and requesting funding

Management: Project-related, agile internal project teams that actively support you in implementing your projects Interface management: Active communication and coordination between all internal and external project participants

Decision-making: Conception of the 'best solutions'' for OBI, taking into account various decision parameters, as well as a well-founded selection of entrepreneurs:inside for a successful project realization, commissioning and handover to the operation

Education: Studies in the field of supply technology, technical building equipment or a comparable discipline
