Senior IT Manager, preferably Computer Scientist / Business Informatics Specialist

As a senior IT manager, you are responsible for the further development of our IT strategy – with the aim of achieving the highest customer value and maximum efficiency through a complete digitization of all business operations and the use of innovative solutions. You create a modern, risk-based and chance-oriented IT governance that combines regulatory requirements with innovation, digitalization and operational excellence. You also ensure that information and communication technology risks (ICT risks) are identified, evaluated, monitored and controlled appropriately. Actively participate in the implementation of the business strategy and IT strategy – with market and competition in mind, recognize the relevant IT trends for us and define their possibilities for the savings bank – from cloud to AI You support us in the further development of our sourcing strategy, including service provider and outsourcing management Together with the:the senior manager:in organisation you take over the stakeholder management for the IT & Organisation function team – here you are in exchange with associations and bodies and advises the Executive Board on all topics on digitalization, automation and IT regulators Strategically you are also responsible for major IT and migration projects Process optimization: You accompany the development and implementation of a holistic transformation agenda to simplify regulatory processes in data protection, outsourcing management, IT governance and information security You are driving digitization ahead – by introducing (KI) tools to automate documentation and control obligations and build reporting structures to measure regulatory efficiency and ICT risk

Your basis is a master's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable discipline You also have several years of professional practice – at least 7 years – collected in banking or a financial service provider and accompanied here the design and implementation of IT strategies or regulatory issues You have well-founded knowledge in ICT risk management, IT governance or information security management as well as regulatory requirements such as DORA, GDPR, BAIT, MaRisk, EBA guidelines and are able to interpret these requirements in a risk-based and pragmatic way Project management lies with you: You have already managed cross-functional projects, managed change processes, and IT teams have successfully aligned with changing corporate strategies In this senior position you convince by pronounced communication, moderation and negotiation strength
