Back Office Coordinator in the Medical Supply Store (m/f/d)

You are the voice on the phone and the helping hand in the background: You keep an overview of the administrative processes in the branch – by contacting and consulting clients, answering emails and coordinating appointments. Whether store order, order or return – everything is structured and with system. You check the goods and incoming mail every day, distribute everything to the right places, bringing order and structure to the daily store. With your communications & organizational design, you keep your backs free of our customer advisors, so that You can fully concentrate on personal advice – and so our customers in the branch are best supplied.

A completed training – whether in commercial, nursing or medical fields.

First experience in the office and desire to think into new topics.

You are an organizational institution with a structured, reliable & customer-oriented way of working.

If a lot is going on, you keep a cool head – even on the phone.
