For our Bingen site we are looking for you as a shift leader (gn).

In this responsible role you guide your team through the shift and ensure a smooth, secure and timely production process. You co-ordinate the employees, maintain quality and processes in mind, and are the central contact person in ongoing shift operation.

Your role in our team Professional and personal leadership of a shift/production team Planning and control of personnel use according to the order situation and layer requirements Organisation and monitoring of a smooth production process across all process steps Ensuring compliance with work security, quality, customer and charging rules Date and order monitoring and proactive coordination with participating areas Monitoring of systems, processes, cleaning and maintenance cycles incl. Disorder management Ensuring order, cleanliness and 5S standards in manufacturing Active cooperation in production and transfer of relevant information to the subsequent layer

Your profile Completed three-year technical vocational training Multiannual professional experience in a comparable function First and multi-year leadership experience Safe handling of computer systems Embossed team capacity as well as independent and structured working High level of flexibility, responsibility and quality awareness Loadability even in stressful situations Good organisational and coordination talent
