IT Service Manager (m/f/d)

As a (Senior) IT Service Manager (all genders), you already bring well-founded experience in service management and take over a challenging and versatile area of responsibility after a targeted integration and in close cooperation with your team: You act as a link between our customers and our delivery teams (servers, network, AD, clients, service desk, SAP AMS, cloud etc.) You are responsible for compliance with the contractually agreed performance promises to these customers From the supply process, the project phases to the operating services: You coordinate all customer requirements and tax the participating internal and external units You also monitor the customer's SLAs and KPIs as well as initial reporting and evaluations You define and optimize ITIL processes and tune them with customers You also control the escalation management for the services you are responsible for
