Design the digital future of our supply chain with us! We are building a new Supply Chain Excellence team to digitize and optimize our processes and systems in a sustainable manner. In this key role, you take responsibility for the further development of our supply chain processes after the SAP S/4HANA Go level and actively shape the transformation towards efficient, integrated logistics. A changing environment awaits you in which you can influence structures and processes – with exciting interfaces between logistics, planning, IT and management. What awaits you: You analyze, optimize and digitize the logistics processes along the supply chain (incoming goods, intralogistics, warehouse processes, shipping). You support the stabilization and further development of the SAP S/4HANA and EWM system landscape according to Go-Live. You take the function as SAP EWM Power User / Key User and act as a central interface between logistics, IT and external consultants. You take operational system problems, evaluate them and develop solutions in close coordination with the specialist departments. You develop long-term process strategies and shape a best-practice process landscape in the logistics sector. You develop and implement concepts for process improvement (e.g. by automation and the use of digital tools). You train and attend our key users and employees in all relevant SAP logistics topics. You work in cross-departmental supply chain extraction initiatives to continuously improve end-to-end processes. You support tests, change requests and system adjustments. You conduct your own projects – from conception to successful implementation and follow-up.

A degree in the field of logistics, supply chain, industrial engineering – or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience. Multiannual experience In the logistics environment, ideally in the pharmaceutical or similarly regulated environment. Funded knowledge in SAP EWM and PP – plus experience with interfaces to adjacent modules. Experience in the analysis, design and optimization of logistical processes. Analytical, structured and process-oriented thinking – with the view for the whole. Project management competence from requirement to implementation. Communication strength – you understand moderating between logistics, IT and management. Experience in the training and support of SAP key users and specialist users. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing; English at least on B2 level desirable. Hands-on mentality with strategic vision. Joy of change, process optimization and interdisciplinary cooperation. Team orientation and ability to advance themes independently.
