As part of Bertrandt Services GmbH at the Ulm site, our team supports you with the following varied tasks: Responsibility for recruiting specialists and executives with a focus on employee transfer Switching of targeted job advertisements and performing selection calls Active search for suitable candidates via different recruiting portals Participation in trade fairs for talent acquisition and development of innovative recruiting strategies Support in employee support, in particular as contact person (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) for new employees and support of onboarding Participation in administrative processes and process optimizations with creative ideas

A completed study or training in the personnel sector with a focus on recruiting or a comparable qualification Professional experience in recruiting, ideal for service Knowledge of applicant management systems such as onlyfy and recruiting tools such as Xing Talent Manager or LinkedIn Recruiter and a high IT affinity Enthusiasm for recruiting, pronounced communicative skills and persuasive power An open, proactive way of working with creative problem-solving competence humor, team spirit and the ability to not only look up, but also over the plate rim Target group-oriented communication in German and English complete your profile
