We are looking for you Werkstudent:in (m/w/d) Limited to 12 months (15–20 hours/week) You want to sniff air in the staff area next to your studies and use your knowledge in practice? Then you are right with us! In order to strengthen our team of 10 colleagues, we are looking for a dedicated working student (m/w/d) in the personnel sector.

You support our staff area in the areas of personnel management and personnel development. You actively participate in our applicant management, take organizational activities and help us in the production of contract documents, certificates and statistics. With us, you drive digitization in the human resources sector forward, participate in projects and revise our processes together with us. You’re researching current trends in the human resources sector and you’ll start concept documents, presentations and documentation.

You are in a Bachelor's or Master's degree course in the field of BWL, Business Psychology, Human Resources Management or A. One year. It is an advantage if you already have first practical experience in the staff area. You are interested in introducing your expertise in the staff sector, expanding it and gaining practical experience. You bring very good knowledge of German in word and writing and are safe in handling MS Office applications (excel and PowerPoint). Your work is characterised by structure, reliability and a high degree of care and discretion. You are highly communication-oriented and service-oriented, especially in exchange with applicants:inside, employees:inside. You have the pleasure of learning and trying out new things and bringing your own ideas into the team.
