As a contact person, designer and converter (m/w/d) you are responsible for the design, modeling and realization of our data warehouse and business intelligence solutions Our Tech Stack: Oracle DWH, Cognos Analytics, Planning Analytics (TM1), Qlik Sense, APEX You cooperate in all phases of a BI project and, if necessary, also take over the project management: need analysis, identification of key figures, technical conception, data extraction from different source systems, data analysis and modelling, implementation in the front end, performance analyses and improvements In close cooperation with the departments, you will advise you on the design and execution of reports/ Dashboards You are also responsible for the design and implementation of planning and control applications You actively promote the development of new analytics and planning systems with modern AI as well as the further development of our existing BI applications You significantly shape the transition of the BI and planning landscape into the cloud

Graduate in Business Informatics / Computer Science / BWL or comparable training as a specialist informant (m/w/d) with several years of professional experience in the BI environment Very good knowledge of SQL and database query tools Practical experience in designing modern BI and planning systems from requirement analysis, data modelling to finished application - ideally in IBM Cognos Analytics and Planning Analytics (TM1) Possibly first experiences in data science and predictive analytics based on Python Good understanding of business and IT-based processes - desirable in the insurance environment Analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as strong problem-solving competence Structured mode of operation with pronounced communication strength to external/internal interfaces Fun in cooperation in cross-departmental projects and in virtual teams
