The ROM branch Kiel consists of currently around 60 employees with the focus on maintenance and maintenance of the technical building equipment as well as the implementation of new construction and renovation projects – mainly for industrial and pharmaceutical companies. Organisation and coordination of training and qualification measures in coordination with team management Support in the planning and implementation of occupational safety training together with our specialist in occupational safety Management of qualifications, certificates and training certificates, as well as maintaining the specified deadlines Monitoring of test and maintenance dates for tools and equipment Procurement and management of IT equipment, office materials, work equipment and personal protective equipment Commercial examination and processing of creditor accounts Creation of ordering requirements for material deliveries and after-contracting services Support for travel organisations, hotel bookings and internal events General commercial and administrative activities Correspondence with suppliers, service providers and internal contact persons

Successfully completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerk (m/w/d), wholesale and foreign trade management (m/w/d) or comparable Professional experience in commercial expertise, assistance or office management desirable Safe handling of Microsoft 365 Self-employed, structured and careful working Organisational strength and pronounced communication skills High sense of responsibility and service orientation Positive attitude and team spirit Driving licence class B would be desirable, but no condition
