Your duties

• They care and accompany patients with mental illnesses professionally and sensitively
• Planning, guiding and documenting individual basic and treatment care
• They observe and judge the mental and physical condition of patients
• They administer medicines according to medical order and monitor their effect as well as possible side effects
• They identify crises and psychiatric emergency situations early and implement appropriate measures
• They act professionally on deescalation measures in compliance with technical and legal requirements
• They promote the independence, self-responsibility and social abilities of patients
• They work closely with the medical, psychological, therapeutic and social pedagogical team
• They participate in handovers, visits and case meetings and ensure complete care documentation

• Completed training as a nurse Senior Consultant (m/w/d)
• Ideally professional experience in psychiatry, psychosomatics or in a comparable field
• Valuable, respectful and professional handling of people with mental illnesses
• Impressed observance and a high degree of empathy and social competence
• Quiet, responsible and professional action also in crisis and conflict situations
• knowledge of deescalation, psychiatric emergency care or reference care are desirable
• Self-employed and reliable working and pleasure in working in an interdisciplinary team
• willingness to work in shiftwork, weekends and holidays
