Your tasks

New customer production: In direct telephone contact, you will win new customers and build long-term business relationships. Professional product consulting: You advise our customers competently, solution-oriented and individually on our products and services. Support for marketing activities: You actively support promising marketing measures, for example by agreeing and coordinating test actions. Customer-oriented cooperation: You work closely and in partnership with our specialist departments, especially the sales team, and ensure high customer satisfaction through proactive customer management. Optimizing sales processes: With your ideas and active collaboration, you are constantly contributing to developing and optimizing our sales processes, processes and standards.

You have several years of experience in new customer acquisition and/or completed commercial training. You are also welcome as a cross-entry (m/w/d)! You convince by excellent communication skills, a high degree of empathy and a sovereign, sympathetic appearance. You combine your strong sales skills with creativity and a solution-oriented way of thinking. In doing so, you conduct conversations convincingly, targeted and with a secure sense for successful completion. You have very good German knowledge in word and writing and are sure to deal with the current MS Office applications.
