Planning, control and further development of the company controlling to achieve the financial corporate objectives Optimization of budget planning, cost, deviation and cost-effectiveness analyses with derivation of appropriate measures Building a practical production control including investment and project controlling Ensuring the transparency of relevant corporate key figures and development of reports and KPI systems Digitization of controlling processes, methods and instruments for continuous efficiency enhancement Close cooperation with the departments and the management as an economic savings partner

a completed study of the business economy, (economic) informatics or comparable qualification as well as multi-year controlling experience, ideally brought to producing companies. ERP systems, preferably SAP, are safely used and have very good Excel skills. (experiences with BI tools (Qlik Sens) are advantageous) analytically think a high number affinity brings along and works structured and solution-oriented. are strong in communication, can actively drive changes and win others for new solutions. with a hands-on mentality, self-initiative and pragmatism want to continuously develop processes and structures. independently, responsibly and at the same time like working on the team.
