As Product Manager Legal Recovery(m/w/d), you are responsible for one of the key products of our collection portfolio: judicial procedures and enforcement. Together with interdisciplinary teams, you develop scalable, automated and legally secure solutions that support our collection strategy and at the same time meet the different life situations of our consumers. In doing so, you connect regulatory requirements and operational excellence in product development to a powerful end-to-end product. Own the Vision: You define and drive the vision, strategy and roadmap for Judicial – with the aim of successfully managing the balancing between consistency and consideration for different types of consumer and demand. Scaling and Self Service: Your solutions are designed for a scaled business – taking into account the many nuances of the collection world. This also includes contact with Mahn courts, enforcement bodies and other legal parties. You drive automation projects, understand legal concerns and find successful solutions. You also ensure data correctness in highly automated processes. Reduce dependencies & enable teams: As a central process in the debt collection, Legal Recovery has a lot of participants. You connect specialist areas, operations and technology to a common target and create structures in which teams can work independently and make decisions. In doing so, you will lead separate working teams to a new overall area with a common target image. Optimize your product continuously: With your Product Team, you continuously track the KPIs of your solutions and optimise them – whether with impulses from the outside or on your own research. Design the future of the judicial collection: You will follow regulatory developments, technological trends and new automation options and will specifically integrate them into your product. In doing so, you evaluate innovative approaches – for example in the field of AI or workflow automation – and transfer successful solutions to the product standard. Connecting teams & orchestrating stakeholders: You work closely with other product teams, tech, operations, and customer-responsive teams, ensuring clear priorities and coordinated roadmaps Priority & Discovery: You identify users' needs: inside and stakeholders, validate hypotheses and prioritize data-based development of your product.

Qualifications That's what you bring: Very good knowledge of German and English (at least C1) in word and writing Multiannual experience (at least three years) in product management – ideally in debt collection, FinTech, B2B-SaaS or a comparable regulated environment. Interested in incorporating you deep into the world of judicial dunning and forced execution and translating regulatory requirements into modern product solutions. Experience in building scalable and automated processes and a good understanding of modern automation, workflow or AI solutions Experience in handling data analysis and process mining tools (e.g. Celonis or comparable platforms). Designed analytical skills and the ability to translate legal, economic, technical and user-oriented requirements into a convincing product. Experience in cooperation with interdisciplinary teams and in the management of complex stakeholders. Own initiative, entrepreneurial thinking and joy in actively promoting change. .
