Support of care management in the management of personnel, service planning and further development of the team Ensuring the quality of care and implementation of legal and internal requirements Planning and optimization of workflows and operational plans Participation in the preparation and monitoring of audits (MDK, FQA, authorities) Coordination of educational content and guidance of employees Organisation of care visas, team and family talks Cooperation with internal interfaces and external partners for optimal provision of clients

Senior Consultant (m/w/d) Ideally, a completed further education for care services according to SGB XI Multiannual professional experience in care and experience in working in the shift system Communication strength, empathy and safe occurrence in dealing with residents, relatives and team Team spirit, sense of responsibility and joy in the further development of care quality Structured, economic and solution-oriented mode of operation – also in challenging situations Good computer skills (MS Office and ideally MediFox)
