These are your tasks

In the Department of Pneumology, Thoraxoncology, Sleep and Beatmungsmedizin, you take over the Thorax Surgery Section. Your main tasks include the diagnosis, treatment and care of our patients. They carry out operational procedures independently. Your activities also include the common daily visits and the establishment of treatment processes. As part of our interdisciplinary team, you actively participate in the further development of the clinic in the university environment. They are competent contact persons for our patients and their relatives. They support the advice and further training of assistant physicians in the team.

This will bring you

You have a successfully completed training for the specialist (m/w/d) for thorax surgery. They have the German approval. They have experience in conventional and minimally invasive thorax surgery. They are interested in robotically assisted thorax surgery. You're a team player! It goes without saying that there is a willingness to help and a cooperative approach to all colleagues. They are strong in communication and empathy.
