Monitoring the progress of the project at interfaces for clinical and omics-based research data Support in building clinical cohorts Ensuring, continuous monitoring and auditing of data quality Development and implementation cluster-wide standards for research data management Participation in creating, developing and implementing a comprehensive data governance and data management policy Quality assurance and coordination of documentation and metadata standards in the field of research data management Support in implementing and monitoring data protection requirements (especially GDPR, data processing directories and compliance structures) Close interdisciplinary cooperation within the Excellence Cluster PMI with clinical partners, bioinformatics, IT infrastructure and other research groups

Successfully completed academic studies in medical informatics, bioinformatics or a comparable scientific, medical or technical discipline proven experience in the management of clinical research data and/or omics data in the context of biomedical research (ideally in the context of PMI-relevant data structures) Experience in monitoring project progress on organisational and technical transitions, ideally in the context of biomedical joint projects Knowledge of common data standards, data models and formats in the biomedical research environment Very good German (min. C1) and English (min. C1) in word and writing Personal skills: independent, structured and quality-oriented operation pronounced systemic thinking capacity high organisational capacity pronounced communication capability strong team capability Remarkable are: Experience in quality management of complex translational research projects as well as in coordination at the transitions between clinical research, biobanking and data infrastructures Promotion
