In the Heimintern daily structure South City (HIT) you accompany people with disabilities who can no longer work in a workshop e.g. because of their age.

You create structure, activity and social participation – and thus real quality of life in everyday life.

Whether creative offers, conversations, movement or a common meal, you create a varied day. If nursing support is needed, you are in place with heart, expertise and empathy.

This is what you expect:

You support our clients in everyday life.

• To create a daily structure: You help clients to make their day clear and reasonable.
• Design activities: **You plan and accompany creative, social or movement-oriented employment.
• People accompany: You are contact person*in, listen and support individually in everyday life.
• Pflege & health support: You support nursing activities and accompany medical care.
• Protection: You keep important developments and observations professionally.
• Team work: You participate in meetings and supervision and introduce your perspective.

Your profile:

• You have a completed 3-year training, e.g. as *educator, curative caregiverin, nursing, ergotherapeutin or medical educationin** (m/w/d) – or a comparable qualification
• **Advantage:*** Experience in work with people with disabilities
• Knowledge of documentation and computer applications
• Class B driving licence
