Developing and consolidating positions in coordination with our members on future topics such as electricity and heat market, energy law, climate neutrality Advice and support of our member companies Participation in the development of different key topics focusing on technical, regulatory and political issues of the energy transition Independent support of themes and committee work Communication of our positions to internal and external target groups Care and development of our network on politics, institutions and associations Representation of the common interests of our members to political, social and economic decision-makers Development of opinions and position papers Content design and support of events and trade fair appearances Editorial contributions for association and specialist publications

Complete university studies or a comparable qualification Including professional experience in an association, housing, a political institution, research institute or an enterprise Knowledge of the current national and European regulatory framework of the energy industry and energy policy Independent and responsible operation Analytical and communicative skills, organizational talent, team spirit High social competence and service orientation readiness, loyalty and willingness to change Conversation-proof German knowledge in word and writing
