Tech Lead Project Enablement (m/f/d)

As Tech Lead (m/w/d) in the Team Project Enablement, you take the technical and technical responsibility for building and developing a new component of the online shop: the project area for our customers. This will inspire and advise customers to plan and implement their projects You automate and optimize data flows and ensure high data quality and accuracy In line with BAUHAUS's strategic goals, you unleash future-proof architectures and platforms in cooperation with other product teams You run and empower a team of software and data engineers, for example by coaching, mentoring and code reviews You ensure the reliability and performance of our systems, define relevant KPIs and guide improvements You actively contribute to the Tech Lead Community and support the development of technical standards and procedures at BAUHAUS

Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics, data science or a comparable qualification Multiannual experience in data engineering and software engineering as well as at least two years of experience as Tech Lead or in a comparable role Very good knowledge of Python, Golang, Terraform (IaC), GitHub (CI/CD) Experience in building and operating modern data platforms as well as cloud infrastructures (preferably GCP) Experience in handling SAP systems, ideally SAP HANA, is advantageous as well as knowledge in TypeScript, React or Apache Beam Embossed communication and leadership skills as well as pleasure in developing teams Very good knowledge of German and English
