The Stepstone Group is looking for a dedicated Manager Communications (m/w/d) for our Communications Hub Team. You love communication conception, can complex facts easily be prepared according to target groups and have a pronounced sense of storytelling? Then you're right with us! In this role you take responsibility for communication in the DACH region – from planning to implementation. You keep an overview of our internal channels and all B2B narratives. You work closely with executives and cross-functional teams and are a central partner for our communication strategy.

Tasks Trusted Advisor for Management DACH You are the main partner for the communication of DACH management. You develop clear core messages and ensure consistent communication across all B2B channels. This allows you to create transparency for our employees and best orientation.

Communication planning & alliance You plan and tax communication on key initiatives and change processes in the DACH region. You develop targeted messages, define the communication cascade and ensure maximum effect – in line with our global narratives.

Storytelling & Content Creation You create high-quality content in various formats, such as intranet posts, newsletters, video scripts, internal updates, management talk points, and bring our mission to life authentically.

Communication evaluation You analyze the impact of your communication measures, get feedback and continuously optimize content, formats and strategies.

Professional experience At least 3 years of experience in corporate communication, PR or journalism – ideally in an international, matrix-organised environment or in an agency.

Outstanding writing competence You master professional writing and can translate complex content into captivating, target-group-oriented stories – both in German and English (at least C1 level to CEFR).

Digital communication skills Experience in handling CMS systems, analysis tools and ideally AI-based tools.

Strategic & structured work You keep an overview of editorial plans, tight deadlines and various stakeholders – with a clear focus on effectiveness and consistency.

Project management Organizational talent with the ability to control multiple priorities at the same time.

Teamability & emotional intelligence You like to work with colleagues from different disciplines, hierarchical levels and countries – empathically, reliably and solution-oriented.

Load capacity & reliability You stay structured and solution-oriented under pressure, creating trust and stability in the team.

Education A completed study in the field of communication, journalism, corporate communication or a related field is desirable.
