Graduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Real Estate Management, Banking Officer with further qualification Multiannual, well-founded professional experience (usually at least 5 years) in credit risk management, ideally in the real estate, corporate financing or structured finances Excellent knowledge of the German real estate market as well as complex financial structures and risk management Detegratable experience in assessing and managing address and transaction risks, as well as sound knowledge in the field of balance sheet and financial statements analysis (HGB and IFRS) and rating procedures Extensive understanding of economic relations, good analytical thinking and solution-oriented action Very good communication and team skills as well as high quality and risk awareness Structured and targeted working methods Knowledge of MS Office, knowledge of Agree21 of advantage Very good English skills in word and writing
