In this role, you are responsible for the management and further development of services within the conformity assessment body, including the disciplinary leadership and development of employees, with particular focus on innovative and sustainable solutions and future market requirements. You take over the development and definition of new verification, validation and certification services including corresponding programs in accordance with internal and external requirements. In addition, ensure that existing services are provided qualitatively high quality and in accordance with the rules, taking into account the expectations of customers and interest groups. You maintain and develop internal tools and systems such as qualification or certification systems as well as online platforms to ensure a smooth service run. In addition, you take responsibility for the qualification and continuous evaluation of the project participants as well as for the performance of audits and the quality assurance within the projects you supervise.

Successfully completed studies in a relevant area (legal science, engineering, business, quality management) Comprehensive experience in the legal interpretation of the German and European legal bases in the field of product safety and conformity, accreditation requirements and standards as well as safe handling of internal process descriptions Experience in the development and implementation of services, in particular in the areas of verification, validation and certification Embossed communication and consulting skills, also in dealing with stakeholders and knowledge management experience Structured and quality-oriented working methods as well as the ability to make technical content understandable (e.g. for marketing and information material)
