HSE Specialist for Construction Projects (m/w/d) Concrete Towers

Your responsibilities: Coordination and control of HSE systems during the hybrid tower assembly process Control of HSE documentation of subcontractors. RAMS analysis, HSE plan control, training matrix evaluation, etc. Implementation of the Nordex Management System at the construction site Management and reception of all information on the applicable legal requirements on site Implementation of HSE inspections at the site and at subcontractors to ensure safety at the site Ensure that the assembly and construction processes follow the HSE guidelines and influence that these guidelines are met Ensuring compliance and application of rules and quality control on site Cooperation in the detection of anomalies or deficiencies in occupational safety and safety issues Acceleration of work permits and HSE plan and monitoring their compliance Participation in the internal organisation of the concrete structure and the planning of the necessary resources and the control of the documentation for the prevention of working risks Coordination of assembly processes to ensure that preventive measures are applied by the entire staff Promoting HSE 'best practices' Investigation of accidents and reporting to relevant managers Monitoring environmental process management and promoting compliance Implementation of HSE between customer, PM organization and subcontractors on site Ensuring compliance with the environmental requirements of Nordex and Subcontractors Contract conclusion with various suppliers such as PPE suppliers, audit advisory companies, waste treatment companies, HSE signaling etc.

Certified specialist in occupational safety and health Professional experience in prefabricated concrete/production processes, site control and monitoring as well as experience in quality control of prefabricated concrete processes Advanced use of HSE-specific software Knowledge of construction processes (materials, systems and construction processes). Knowledge of the country's HSE law and the application of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards Readiness to travel: This position requires that you are on site all the time, change of location to new projects when the previous are completed Flowing in English
