GUEST SERVICE - CONCIERGE (W/M/D)

Type of employment: Full time

Area of responsibility: Guest Relation & Concierge Services Welcome and support of our international guests Organization of a perfect stay for our guests fulfillment of guest wishes and requests both before and during the stay Advice and recommendation of local attractions, restaurants and events Coordination and organisation of reservations, transfers and other services Care and development of long-term client relationships Supporting our regular and VIP guests Customer feedback and complaint management Check-in and check-out Maintenance of guest files in our database Ensuring seamless communication with all relevant departments

Successfully completed training in the hotel industry or comparable Qualifications Multiannual experience in guest service or concierge area, preferably in Luxury hotels flowing knowledge of German and English; other foreign language skills are of Advantages Good communication skills and guest-oriented work, as well as an eye for details Friendly, professional appearance and excellent contact forms at the guest Good organizational skills and the ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously management Structured and independent operation Loadability, flexibility, creativity, team skills and passion First application experience with Opera are desirable Knowledge of MS Office Good knowledge of the city of Munich of advantage, but no need
