Support of the sales team by processing customer requests and orders Creation of offers and order confirmations Maintenance and updating of customer data in the CRM system Active communication with existing customers to maintain customer relationships Occasional acquisition of new customers (lower share) to expand the existing customer portfolio Conducting market analyses to identify trends and opportunities Close cooperation with the specialist departments to ensure smooth order processing

Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification First experience in the sales service or in a comparable position Joy in customer contact and pronounced communication skills Self-employed and structured working and team skills Safe handling of MS Office applications; Experience with CRM systems of advantage Good knowledge of German in word and writing; English knowledge of advantage
