With your training go the next step Your nursing training is the basis for your entry to Haema. As part of a structured multi-week integration and internal qualification to the operator, we develop you specifically for use in the donation process. You will learn how to carry out venous puncture and be prepared step by step for your future tasks. After successful qualification, you will take over the following tasks: ✓ Conducting venous punctures for whole blood and plasma donations ✓ Setup of plasmapheresis devices and monitoring of the dispensing process ✓ Professional care of our donors during the donation ✓ Support for possible donor reactions ✓ Ensure quality and well-being throughout the donation process
