Quality in focus: ensure 100% quality availability of media supply and ventilation. Personnel management: Take over the professional and disciplinary leadership as well as the further development of the Pharma Supply Engineering Team. Process optimization: Plane, tax and optimize maintenance processes and monitoring taking into account the budget. Coordination: You efficiently organize service providers, suppliers and maintenance contracts. Projects: You make sure that projects such as plant extensions, new acquisitions or modernization are successfully implemented. Problem solution: You solve technical and GMP-relevant questions in interdisciplinary teams. Innovation: Transfer maintenance and spare parts management into a new planning tool.

Education: You have successfully completed a technical or scientific engineering study. Professional experience: You bring professional experience in project management. Management competence: You have first leadership experience or clear ambitions to lead a team. Soft Skills: communication strength, team skills and proactive and innovation-driven working methods. Hands-on-Mentality: You are practice-oriented, you like to grab and take responsibility. Regulatory knowledge: Ideally, you have experience with regulatory requirements (e.g. GMP, GxP) as well as with HVAC and cleansing media.
