Your activities:

You are the first contact person/-in (m/w/d) for customers Answer questions about the products and pick up orders.

You do office activities like telephone service, e-mail mailbox editing, correspondences and processing of Entry and exit mail.

You check invoices and shipping documents, forward documents, update data / files and you take over general, daily office tasks.

Your profile is:

They have completed commercial training.

They bring safe MS Office knowledge.
