We are responsible for military and civil construction measures, with around 780 employees incorporated in the high-performance Baden-Württemberg federal building. We work in interdisciplinary teams from young and experienced construction professionals of all divisions, as contractor representation and general planning office. Together we are committed to the climate goals of the federal government, the responsible handling of resources and a high-quality architecture.

You support our department of technical building equipment As a contractor's representative, you take over the project management of technical projects and, in particular, ensure that project execution is carried out in a timely and cost-effective manner by independent monitoring. Integrated project management and subproject management in the federal construction measures and coordinate the project teams Participation in the appointment of engineering offices and professional management of offices Innovative concept development for the decarbonization of the federal buildings

Complete university degree with the focus of technical building equipment (Dipl.-Ing (FH), Dipl.-Ing. or Bachelor or Master) Possibly multiannual professional experience or highly motivated starters Team skills and interest in cooperation with other disciplines very good knowledge of German in word and writing Responsibility, negotiation skills, enforcement ability and competent verdictability readiness to carry out a safety review under the National Security Audit Act
