Release Train Engineer (m/f/d)

In ART Finance and Risk Management, you are responsible methodically for the cooperation and delivery quality of the ART and the teams. To do this, you will ensure a transparent, predictable and efficient flow of values and promote the continuous improvement of the agile degree of maturity. These include all activities among PIs and PIPs, regular transparency about progress on objectives, progress, delivery and risks, as well as the elimination of impediments. As part of the ART leadership team, you develop the ART and its teams into the future: In addition to the methodical leadership, you meet decisions, tax the collaboration, shape changes and shape our culture. You can make your success with concrete results like e.g. reliable planning and delivery of product increments. Also in administrative/operative activities you will show your distinct hands-on mentality.

You have completed university studies, ideally in the field of (economic) informatics or engineering, as an alternative comparable qualification through relevant professional and project experience. Multiannual experience in agile organisations, projects or complex IT/transformation projects. Knowledge of agile frameworks, especially SAFe, Scrum, Kanban and Lean-Agile principles, and ideally have a certification as a SAFe Release Train Engineer. Moderation, communication and conflict resolution capabilities. A training in the field of systemic coaching, organizational development or organizational psychology would also be desirable. You have good knowledge of German in word and writing (ideally at level C1).
