As a Senior Web Analyst (m/f/d), you will develop and implement a long-term roadmap to deeply integrate Google Analytics, Looker and Looker Studio into our organization Through targeted analyses, you derive meaningful insights that recommendations enable for action for product development, marketing and management You are responsible for the introduction and use of Optimizely, design and manage A/B tests and derive concrete measures based on the results in order toably improve the conversion rate and user experience You ensure high data quality, develop automatic reports, establish performance KPIs and make the influence of analytics on business decisions measurable You communicate complex issues in an understandable way, support internal teams in the use of analytics tools and thus promote a data-oriented culture throughout the company

Successfully completed studies in (business) informatics, business administration, statistics, marketing or a comparable background Several years of experience with Google Analytics (incl. GA4), tag management systems (e.g. Google Tag Manager) as well as Looker and Looker Studio In-depth understanding of data analysis, web analytics, A/B testing and conversion optimization and confidence in using tools such as Optimizely Ability to derive strategic recommendations from data and translate these into concrete measures Strong communication and presentation skills to inspire cross-departmental enthusiasm for data-driven decisions Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
