In order to strengthen the existing assistance of the Chief Financial Officer, we are looking for a dedicated dual assistance (m/w/d) with the following tasks: General Secretariat Tasks for the Chief Financial Officer Priority and organisation of upcoming topics, appointments and correspondence (termination and coordination, reception of telephone calls and forwarding of messages) Organisational support of the Executive Board in day-to-day business and coordination in coordination with the departments Organisational preparation and follow-up of internal and external dates (creation of meeting documents, reception and supervision of visitors, travel planning and booking, examination of documents and bills)

A completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification Multiannual professional experience in assistance at board level Very good MS Office knowledge The ability to present complex facts in word and writing concise, understandable and addressable Very good oral and written expressability in the German language Very good English skills in word and writing A high sense of responsibility and self-initiative and enforcement A high discretion and loyalty paired with team capability
