You have a completed training as an educator (m/w/d), cure nurse (m/w/d), cure teacher B.A. (m/w/d), social worker (m/w/d) or a comparable degree. You have gained experience in working with people who have a high need for assistance, and you are going to appreciate, respectfully and cordially with them. You work person-centred and focus on the wishes, needs and skills of the people entrusted to you.
