We are looking for a

Sachbearbeiter für Kauf/Materialdisposition (m/w/d)

in full or parttime

Your tasks: • Purchasing all raw and operating shocks, consumable and auxiliary impulses, services, energy, software & computer equipment and office materials • Negotiations of prices, conditions of supply and conditions • Stock monitoring • Supplier master data maintenance • Search for alternative suppliers and products/rushes • Create offer requests after internal demand orientation • Booking of shipping documents and audit • Guide price and discount lists • Installation of new articles and suppliers in the ERP system • Delivery date monitoring and delivery tracking • Material disposition • Creating production orders for the cutting line

Your profile: • Successfully completed commercial training or a comparable qualification • Professional experience in purchasing • Understanding procurement processes and supply chain management • Computer knowledge: MS Office or ERP system • Good knowledge of English • Self-employed and structured work • Skill for negotiation and enforcement
