Data management: In your role, you will regularly provide structured overviews based on existing lists and key figures and ensure that these are always up-to-date and complete. Excel work: Every day, bring together a larger number of datasets from different sources carefully in Excel and pay attention to highest accuracy despite routine Documentation: In addition, you can regularly create multi-page overviews, prepare them address-oriented and provide a consistent, well-readable representation Communication: In case of questions about reporting, you can explain figures and contexts in a comprehensible manner and always find a precise, professional language Quality assurance: With your attention to detail, you will check data stocks for plausibility, identify inconsistencies and actively contribute to continuously improving our data quality Payment transactions: In addition, you support payment transactions, process account statements, check payment inputs and outputs and keep an overview even with a high volume

Education: The basis of your profile is a completed commercial training, ideally complemented by experience in the preparation of numbers with Excel and payment transactions Excel Competence: Secure and routined work with Excel, use common formulas sovereignly and enjoy working intensively with this tool in everyday work Analytics & Care: You are characterized by a pronounced understanding of numbers, recognize conspicuousness in data stocks, classify them conclusively and explain them comprehensible, while your very accurate operation ensures high data quality Readiness to learn: You bring the willingness to develop professionally and to work on new topics in the financial environment in a structured manner Communication strength: In the presentation of evaluations and overviews you will find clear, understandable words, feel safe in exchange with different contact persons – including decision-makers – and choose a precise, professional wording Structure & Reliability: Reliable working hours from Monday to Friday in the period 8:00-16:00 in presence come to your structured working style, you organize your tasks autonomously and responsibly and with confidential information to
