As an employee in the customer service, you take over the commercial order processing from order maintenance to the examination and processing of expert services to the invoice. You are responsible for the continuous controlling and maintenance of the orders assigned to you, as well as projects (actura potential and value-bearingness). In addition, you create payment requirements, support receivable management in the clarification and rectification of receivables and process invoice complaints (acceptance, system care, solution finding). Your tasks also include the travel cost processing of technical staff, the installation and maintenance of test objects, as well as the creation of reports after submission as required. Further administrative tasks will complete your activity profile (e.g. digital storage of documents, operation and maintenance of customer portals).

Complete commercial training desirable in the area of Kaufmann/-frau for office management or bank businessman/wife, industrial businessman/wife as well as in-depth knowledge in commercial order processing (invoicing position, order controlling, complaints, number affinity) paired with interest and good understanding of technical relationships High customer and service orientation combined with careful, independent and result-oriented operation Embossed organizational talent and team skills Good PC knowledge (MS Office desirable), experience in using SAP based on a modern S/4 HANA environment of advantage German knowledge and basic English skills
