We are looking for a Consultant Care - Focus on stationary care (m/w/d) in full or part-time (at least 29 hours/week) for our company headquarters in Stuttgart.

You support the further development and maintenance of our services and facilities. You advise on professional and organizational issues concerning care and accompany teams in implementing new concepts and processes on site. You configure and administrate our care documentation software VIVENDI and accompany their continuous development. You design and carry out trainings and workshops on both nursing and VIVENDI topics You actively contribute your expertise in company-wide projects, concept development and further development of care and care services. In close cooperation with the neighbouring departments, you shape the digitalization of EHS.

Multiannual professional experience as a nursing service or completed nursing studies. Knowledge of the procedures in the care, distinct communicative and analytical skills, as well as experience in technical advice and quality development. Practical experience in the configuration and development of care documentation software and other digital solutions, experiences with VIVENDI are desirable.
