You take control of the landlord communication by case-based processing of requests via LIRA ticket system and Amazon Connect in compliance with the service level agreements (SLA)

In order to ensure data quality in TIMS (Salesforce & Sitetracker) by continuously maintaining and validating location, contract and bank data

You’re working on digitalization by supporting automation projects and testing new features in ServiceNow and Salesforce

You are responsible for the structured documentation of all process steps and data changes according to internal governance guidelines

For process optimization by identifying bottlenecks in the ticket workflow and introducing your own ideas to increase efficiency

You bring analytical support to the team in ad hoc research and data comparisons to ensure cross-system consistency

Highest care in handling sensitive contractual and financial data as well as a structured operation

Communication strength and professionalism in the telephone clarification of landlords

Reliability and accuracy in administrative tasks and maintenance of complex databases

Digital affinity and the willingness to work into modern systems such as Salesforce and ServiceNow

Flowing German knowledge (C1) as well as solid English knowledge in word and writing

Team spirit and joy in working in a dynamic, multicultural environment
