You guide your team professionally and humanly – with clarity, empathy and an open ear for the concerns of your colleagues You coordinate the further development of our SAP modules FI, BW and CO – from request intake to implementation You bring new impulses – whether process optimization, system integration or reporting: You have ideas and implement them together with your team For smooth day-to-day operations – Support, maintenance and further development are on hand with you

You have a degree in computer science, business informatics or BWL with IT background or comparable qualifications with corresponding professional practice You have several years of experience in the SAP environment, ideally focusing on FI, BW and/or CO modules, and are familiar with agile working methods such as Scrum You have a good sense of how to motivate a team, develop your team and create an environment where collaboration is fun As a team leader, you will have the courage to try out new things and to leave the comfort zone of your usual task – then, in return, we will ensure that your ideas come up with open ears and provide the necessary creative spaces. You bring leadership experience and you have communicative skills, enforcing ability and yet sensitivity for colleagues and departments
