Individually responsible care and management of individual and collective agreements in the field of occupational pensions
First contact for national and international customers in the administration of complex, insurance-based bAV solutions in the back office
Working in project and specialist groups, e.g. on digitization topics, with the possibility to take over management tasks
Process optimization and support of customers as well as internal colleagues in processes and communication around bAV
Technical advice and coordination in case of insurance-specific issues as well as tax, social and labour law issues, including coordination with insurance partners
At least 3–5 years of experience in bAV administration

German and good English knowledge
Knowledge about legal frameworks and supply models
Structured, analytical method and high communication capability
Interest in digitized processes and new bAV solutions
