Your three-year dual study will be completed alternately at the dual university and R+V departments at our Hannover location. In the practical phases, we will show you everything you need to be optimally prepared for your later tasks, e.g. as a customer service provider (m/w/d) or damage controller (m/w/d). You learn all about insurance – from the advice and support of our customers, through the creation of individual offers to the handling of damage and performance. At a hospitation in our field service, you will get to know our product portfolio and our value-adding way of customer support. Together with the other dual students, you will be able to complete exciting, multidisciplinary seminars in which you complete your professional skills.
