EAT HAPPY GROUP / FCF Holding GmbH, based in Cologne, combines several food concepts, such as EatHappy ToGo GmbH, EH Candy Cuisine GmbH and Bowl Sushi Lab GmbH, which have specialized in the production and/or distribution of Asian foods. In close cooperation with EatHappy GmbH and its more than 6,000 employees, we have been offering fresh, hand-rolled sushi and other Asian specialties for sale in more than 1,700 shops in food retail for over 10 years. We are looking for Head of (m/w/d) HR Admin and Payroll for our headquarters on the Cologne rings

General responsibility for controlling the HR Administration & Payroll for currently four companies of the EAT HAPPY GROUP with over 6800 employees Professional and disciplinary leadership, motivation and further development of HR Admin & Payroll teams (currently 15 employees) in close cooperation with the Director of HR Ensuring correct, timely and legally compliant implementation of the monthly wage and salary accounting (P&I Loga) including contract, certification and reporting, system administration, annual accounts and accounts Own operational responsibility for a defined working group Budget planning, control and control for HR Administration & Payroll (personnel and property costs) Definition and active participation in HR projects and strategic department objectives Independent assessment, consulting and implementation of labour law issues for all German companies Ensuring a high level of service: We understand ourselves as a partner and consultant for payroll, administration, time management and labour law issues within the EAT HAPPY GROUP

Complete study of economic or social sciences or comparable training with a focus on personnel & Payroll At least 5 years of professional experience in staff administration & In-house lease settlement Multiannual, well-founded experience in managing comparable teams, ideally in a dynamic or growing business environment Very safe, practical knowledge in the current labour, wage tax and social security law as well as in dealing with the current MS Office applications, experience with P&I Loga is advantageous Joy of operational cooperation combined with high sense of responsibility and quality and flexibility Embossed hand-on mentality, organizational strength and an independent, solution-oriented way of working Empathy, team spirit, communication strength and intercultural competence
