Team Assistant - Real Estate / Internal Sales (m/f/d)

You are responsible for bringing new objects into marketing, for this you organize documents, create exposés and publish objects and perform the internal tasks even after the notary date. You plan and coordinate meetings and events as well as perform proactive project coordination and monitoring of deadlines. Your tasks also include organization, search, offers / order registration, newsletters, promotional materials and everything that comes up

You already have 2-3 years of professional experience and speak perfect German (C2) You are communication-friendly, service-oriented, absolutely trustworthy and a discrete person with exceptionally proactive macher mentality.
